Honestly the service there is less than mid. Ordered two ramen bowls and some appetizers. Everything came out all at once and the only hot thing was the broth. The eggs cold. The tofu cold. The gyoza BARELY pan fried with a cold center. No enoki mushrooms available. Won't be returning.

This is a cute place to get some boba! The staff were super friendly and helpful in recommending drinks. Bear in mind that this location is in the U of M area, so the vibe caters toward college students. If you like boba, definitely stop in! I'd like to go back and try more things on the menu.

Celebrated my friend's birthday yesterday evening. We ordered a lot of different types of food that were on the menu. Most of them started off with some type of bubble tea. They really enjoyed their different types of bubble tea that they ordered. They especially liked the milk and avocado mixture.
The food was pretty good. I ordered the crunchy shrimp roll. It was too salty for me. I only ate 3 of the six rolls. I also ordered the vegetable tempura. It was fresh and hot but kind of tasted like oil. Not bad but needed more crispness. My friends all ordered a variety of ramen dishes. They enjoyed them a lot. It looked really good. We also tried the edamame and Takoyoki appetizers. They were very tasty. We ordered the Hawaiian fried rice which was delicious! Very flavorful and fragrant. It was enough to share. The manager gave us a free order of popcorn chicken which was very spicy in a good way. He gave it to us for my friend's birthday. That was so thoughtful.
The restaurant was very clean and had a cool vibe to it. The parking lot has plenty of parking on the side and in the back. The patrons were pretty steady as we sat and ate all of our food.
The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They had great recommendations and suggestions. The manager was very cordial and friendly.
I will return to this new place that has a variety of foods and boba. Once again the service was stellar!!Helpful 4Thanks 2Love this 3Oh no 1 - Nov 22, 2023Updated review
The food here is super fresh and tasty. The poke bowls are the best I've had in Memphis and the ramen was delicious on a cold and rainy day. Customer service was great. We tried the kale noodles and they were really good- couldn't tell much of a difference!

New bubble tea, ramen and poke joint in the UofM area.
I gotta say the ambience is nice and cozy, service is professional and food and drinks are delicious.
My fav drinks so far are the Lychee Slush, Strawberry tea, Milk tea with bobas, Mango tea and Subarashi fruit tea (bobas are made just right, not too chewy and not too hard. They've got it down right!)
As for food we had the Taiwanese popcorn chicken and both a Chicken and a Pork Tonkatsu broth ramen. Everything was very tasty. Although I wish I had some hot chili oil which would kick the broth up a notch.
Come check this place out. Great addition to the UofM area off Highland.Helpful 6Thanks 1Love this 3Oh no 0 - Daniel H.Sherwood Forest, Memphis, TN02Apr 13, 2024

Went here after leaving another restaurant in the area for Boba tea and a little girl talk. I talked myself out of ordering food since I had just eaten but it smelled really good. We ordered our drinks and had seat. It took a little while for the drinks to be made, but I was not disappointed. There were a ton of pearls in there and I hope they never change that. Now about parking, while the parking lot is decent sized, it is a shared parking lot so I had to do a bit of sitting while waiting on a parking spot. I will definitely be back though this summer when there's not so many students on campus- which May account for some of the parking. Spicy Ramen bowl I am coming for you.

While leaving U of M last Friday, I made a note to check out this spot. I frequent Belltower, so I've been watching the progress for a few months. It has really cute decor. Parking can be an issue during high traffic time. Variety of menu items, including fruit teas, ramen bowls, and more. Prices are really affordable. Service was quick today during our visit.
