Brilliant Job - so happy with my guest bathroom - at first I didn't order enough wallpaper so for the first visit we just did a feature wall while I ordered more paper. The team came back 2 weeks later after the extra rolls arrived and completed the job. Everything was done to perfection and the walls/room looks great!

My tip is to ask them to come first and measure so they can tell you how much paper to order as sometimes you need more than you think so the pattern matches up (I learnt this the hard way).

Jorge was quick to respond, on-time and did an amazing job installing our wallpaper. Everything aligned perfectly and was all done in an efficient manner.

They just finished removing and hanging new wallpaper in our powder room. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

Interior Designers Beware! I worked with Jorge and his team to do an installation in my own home which was a mural on a wall and ceiling of a bedroom. The team that came was very nice, professional, respectful and easy to work with but also very young and perhaps a little inexperienced with more complicated installations. Two panels of the ceiling mural were damaged during installation. It appears as though some glue got on the surface and in their attempt to get it off, rubbed the paper a bit too much which left residue, lots of scratches, discoloration and bubbles and bumps in one particular section of the ceiling. It was not good. However, they came highly recommended by a colleague I know and respect so I paid them in full and proceeded to reach out to Jorge about the challenges. He came by the following day to look at the installation and he himself tried rubbing out the wrinkles and then used some markers to try and color correct the areas most damaged which only made it worse. As an interior designer myself, I work on multi-million dollar projects so perfection is the minimum standard for my client projects so I naturally hoped for the same. While I could live with the scratches in the paper, the one area with the severe discoloration and wrinkles needed to be replaced. We ultimately decided that replacing the ceiling panels was necessary. I communicated with him and he sent a very kind solution that indicated he would reprint the ceiling panels, return and have his guys remove the ceiling panels and complete any repairs and refund me the cost of the ceiling installation only and suggested that I find a new installer to re-install the ceiling. I was so relieved to get this response. As a designer and business owner, I myself have made bad calls or mistakes on jobs and in some cases vendors have made mistakes and I have paid for the corrections in order to protect my relationship with my clients or to ensure they did not have a bad experience with my company. Mistakes happen as none of us are perfect but our integrity is tested in those moments because it is not the mistake but how we respond to the mistake that matters. I thought I had found a vendor that was equally responsible and was going to make the errors right and someone i thought I could use on client projects or other projects. The night before they were scheduled to return and start the removal, I texted Jorge to confirm the time they would arrive and that he would bring the partial refund so it could be used to pay the new installer. He was enraged and said he never agreed to this resolve and he would not pay for it. I was surprised but proceeded to share the text communication with him in case he forgot the resolve he sent me. Despite sending all of this information, he continued to argue that he never agreed to this and said his only responsibility was reprinting the panels. Ultimately no one showed up to complete the repairs as he agreed to. I now have to start over and what was initially a $10,000 project is now going to be a $15,000. My suggestion to anyone that hires them is DO NOT PAY THEM if the work is substandard because he does not stand behind his work and will not rectify it. The construction and home decor business is unscrupulous. There are many scammers that do poor work and take your money and run. This was a tough lesson I should not have had to learn because I know better than to trust anyone. It is definitely my fault for not going with my gut and withholding payment until it was properly resolved.

They came out exactly on time and did a great job! I love my new wallpaper and would hire them again for another job.

Unfortunately they did not line up my wallpaper correctly and blamed the manufacturer Serena and Lily which I actually called and they said there have been no other complaints on their wallpaper. Then when I asked them to finish one last tiny wall they wanted to charge me almost 4 times the initial rate per square foot.

Andy and Angel are an amazing team. I'm very happy with their attention to detail and kindness. I would highly recommend them. They are responsive, attentive, careful, and professional. Good vibes all around. I really liked them. They seemed calm and confident and I felt comfortable with them in my home.

There was a miscommunication with Jorge the owner about the estimate but we were able to resolve it. We had to use glue on the peel and stick wall paper to make it easier to get it just right and I'm hoping we can remove it somewhat easily when we move out of our rental. I'm thankful and appreciate their work.

I've been using JC Wallpaper for almost four years now and have always gotten fantastic work and value from them. Highly recommended plus they are always very prompt. They also were really flexible with time on this last project due to some materials taking longer to show up than planned.
